what alternator fits a ford...is the bigger one in the factory location ? i need it to fit a for aerostar 3.0

thats odd, i had a few mazda 626 gts with the 2.2 but turbo, didnt ever notice those used the older 2.0 style intake and air cleaner, i always wanted to throw the 2.2 turbo in one of those .... either way very nice truck.....
