Just giving this another shot as I am still hoping to run a street a setup this year. I got the car back in September for 5grand, since then I have fixed the oil leak it had by replacing the oil pan gasket. The car is rust free. The body is in amazing shape for a 87. The interior is not the prettiest. I have tried different seat and to replace the door panels but it does the highest scores as it sits. The car has put up some huge numbers and is ready to put up even higher. It was in the mid 155-156 when Kent owned it. I got it a bit louder 157-158 range. For streetmax1-2 with a single battery and car off that is a pretty sick score. Im sure if someone wanted to go up to SS1-2 and put in some more battery power the car could break 160s.
The car is completely street legal and good to drive. It made a trip from Ohio to Wisconsin like it was nothing. It is a little stiff ride but that is to be expected.
