18in audioque alumnim coil

okay so i asked what type of 18 i should get alot of people are telling me to get the audioque cause there reliable and good on price and loud. I want to run an audioque 2200d amp to this 18in with alumnim coil but it says only 1000w rms, people are telling me its underrated and im not to sure how the 18 is gonna sound espically with the aluminm coil or am i better of running the copper coil with the audioque 2200d?

The 18 will love that 2200. Be sure to get a good box for it and brace the crap out of it. That thing will move some air.

Im more of the wiring guy in my car crew then box building i no my guy rob is gonna want to build ported box with a fiberglass inside but im not sure on the specs i can find out when its done. I need more info on the sub

how does the alumnim coil sound vs the copper coil and can the copper coil handle the 2200d
