1800-2000 Watts @ 1 Ohm?

that'a nice choice. I just think that if I go over 2000 watts, I might need another battery.

Right now I have a 150 amp alt, stock batt (700 cca) and a batcap 800. Worked great with the Sundown, but I don't want to put anything bigger than the batcap.

omg.

20.1's are actually very efficient, at 1 ohm & above.

people see them as not being efficient because 20.1's are known for their ability to drop so low, impedance wise.

they're current hogs, at .5, .25, etc.. not at 1.

I wasn't talking about the IA, I was refering to the AQ.

The AQ is the cheapest option you would probably get new. 2200 solid watts, and it's pretty efficient. Why not get it and just turn the gains down to ~2000 watts?
