I was thinking of trying to do a dual alternator setup. Is there a such thing as a 16V alternator or a way to modify a normal alt to 16V?

You will need an external regulator.

If you send you alternator to Iraggi, he can modify it to work with his Regulators...

Or you can run dual alts and have the second be 16v and run it only to your amps.

I assume thats what you want it for.

Irraggi is down the road from me although I have never met him. I was thinking of taking out the a/c compressor to make this work. Just an idea I am kicking around...I really need to find out if he has a real shop or operates out of his house.
