16Ov.2 VS 13 W1 VS 12 Rl-p

i am either going with

a- Ed Nine.1 witht he 16Ov.2 in a 2.5 ported box to 30 hz

$498 + box cost

b- 13 W1 with a Kenwood 800 Watt amp in a JL AUdio bulit ported box for the W1

$550

c- 12 RL-p with idk what amp and idk what box yet if i choose this one i can do it then.

IDK how much the 12 RL-p's are

any suggestions other then these or any choices?

12" rl-p. goes for $235 i believe. 2 cubes ported tuned to 30-32 hz. with a kicker kx600.1 should work nicely.

figure no more then $300 for the rl-p and box. then a decent amp can be had for $250. a directed 1500D run at 2 ohms for 800 watts rms will really make the rl-p sing.

maybe you should look into an sx or L7 or something like that then then. from experience i know the rl-p's are capable of some serious spl and have excellent sq.

well what is the price of a 12 and 15 sx shipped? what would the 16Ov.2 be considered SQ sub or spl?

i see your point but how much potential does the l7 have over the rlp for spl. if it isnt much difference and the budget allows why not get the rlp? you get the best of both worlds...

alright will u design me a box for a RL-p 12 i have a cavalier so the trunk is kinda small the box i was gona go with for my 16Ov.2 was 27 inch long by 17 1/2 inch tall and 16 inch deep i have to stay under like 17 on height cause my tunk is small but length max is like 30-35 and depth is pretty much like anything under 25 ish. Also what hz would u suggest it to be ported at?

also for the RL-p what amp should i get cause the sub is dual 4 ohm so has to be ran at 2 ohms. What amp? and will this subs be louder then one 12 RE SE and a 16Ov.2?
