yes, not sure on the voltage, but it is a standard 2.5" 5400rpm laptop drive

it comes with a single->double usb adapter, but i have used it with a single->single before and it worked fine

USB slots only power is 5v and a ground. So, it's 5v.

not sure, but i think it is sata, it is only about 6 months old

just checked on the warranty as well if anyone is curious, oddly the part number switched by itself??
