16 Gauge Fosgate Wire to Wire a 15" 9500??

Would this work or should I go and use 10-12 gauge wire to wire the inside of the box to the sub and then the outside terminals to the amp... were talking about 2 - 2 1/2 feet from box to amp... and about 2 feet inside.

If all you have is the 16awg...use parallel runs of 16awg to make it appear to be a larger gauge wire.

i am pretty sure it makes a little difference when using a 12 opposed to a 16 and vice versa. But then again i am the one here using my sub with 8 gauge wire in parallel

lmao look at the first guy's grammar then the second guy:

i'm sending 5 watts to this sucker and the subwoofer is seriously hitting 300 dB's!!! - even though i don't know what a dB is and i don't know how to even measure a dB - it is seriously hitting 300 dB!

Weaknesses:

how could it - it is the loudest subwoofer i have heard yet with only 5 watts of power - despite the fact i have never heard another subwoofer ever before!

16awg will be fine for your subwoofer wiring.
