152.6 with 1 BTL

WRONG. A TL can be adjusted just like a AC. And We have had 4 tls in the same car at the same time, and had different db readings. like 1.2 db off was the maxiumum.
Well you had them in diff spots if you had them in the car at the same time...unless youve learned how 4 objects can exist in the same space n time at once

As far as A/C to TL consistency the TL is FARRRRR closer than AC if set right

You can only adjust the termlab when it's not reading.

A/C's are popular with shops because they can crank up the readings for their customer cars and turn it down for everyone else. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Either way though, 1.2 db is pretty minimal compared to how things used to be.

Ya I was just saying from my expierence. I was down at Florida finals. IASCA was there using the A/C and DB drag/Bassrace was there using the T/L. Everyones score was 2db's less on the IASCA mic compared to the T/L
IASCA also uses the a/c 190, which is a much more accurate and consistent meter. But, as with the a/c 180, it can be adjusted as well.

In my personal experiences the 190 is actually pretty close to the TL as long as they don't mess with the settings.

Even though the air is denser in the cold, maybe that doesn't compensate for the air being more energized in the heat.

The hotter the air is, the faster the air molecules are moving. so maybe its easier to move molecules that are allready moving?

then Again maby it's just cause you put you're windows down when it's hot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nutkick.gif.acc8dcd6c1bd27fba0cbeda5b212085c.gif

My buddy in high school did 148.9 in his Accord with 1 Orion XTR15 DVC. It was in a bandpass running off an XTR2150. Its not impossible to achieve something high like that.
