Pioneers FTW. I have that set and love them! I'm not sure why people are having problems with mid-bass outta these, mine sound great!

Could be the install, power given, or just difference in definition of great midbass.

could be. I plan on going to my car audio shop tomorrow and listening to them again at louder volumes. I liked them, but other options are nice to have.

^^good idea on having another listen but sound boards will never give you the same sound as when they are in a vehicle.

true but at least i can find the volume they distort on hu power and other such things.

i love my pioneer deck too. if the speakers are as nice as the deck then i may just love these in my car
