ok i should be braking the 140 mark soon enough i. i did some building and got a new box in along with some new subs . i dont know what it is exactly what it is bur somthing is screwy, i have the same amp and all wired to 1 ohm it seems as if im getting cabin cancelation the car is at its loudest with the doors oped but when i close the doors i can drop hall the powere for my subs and still be just as loud ,also i have a pioneer 00mp headunit and its on flat setting it dosen't get loud until 55+ i reset the gains but no real change, im just about overdue on electrical upgrades so im working on getting a nice battery i can pull in to the 11 volt range with the car running thats when the bass is at its loudest
If the bass is not hurting your ears on regular music and you're not making people tap out on music, you won't meter anywhere near 150. From what I've seen and heard, it looks like you need at least 8 Hfx12's to bring any pain to your ears.
