yea i speaad whatever squished out the sides. its nowhere near done though. its gonna get alot of sanding, about 2 gallons of resin. interchangable aeros, and some dowel rod braces

nice vid. is that ur car? i used to hav my sub firing backwards and it tore up my trunk as well. now im all about numbers but this thing still hurts to sit in for being just one 15

its the absolute biggest box i could even fit in the trunk lol. and it probly looks small cuz the 8 inch port is giant.

dims are 35.5 x 16.25 x 16.25 which is about 4.2 cubes and then .23 for sub displacment and .18 for port displacment. total after displ. is gonna be around 3.6-3.7 cubes.

which isnt bad for the 15. could be bigger but the small box is gonna help greatly when i throw 5 k at it next year. and possibly more

my last box had 1 full gallon inside and out and i think i can put about 2 more layers inside and out. i like to over do it. you gotta think this box is gonna be in here for at least a year and gonna have about 5k to it for burps, daily and have a couple subs thrown in it at times. i need to make it as sturdy and long lasting as possible

half external. flare is gonn be like 6 inches on the inside and however long on the outside with the interchangable ports

IDK Either maybe i just happened to get a bad one that cant handle extreme loads, I emailed DB-r electronics on thier site so just waiting for a response back about sending in the D5000. Its whats gonna be in there in the end
