aero port plug then. on music at 1.4 ohms (1k rms) and 32 htz it burps 145s but musics only like 143.xx if i had the electrical to bassrace on .35 i could probly BR around 147s or so

doubled up 12g wire for the inside of the box wires, going to upgrade to 8g before new reconed sub goes back in

jumpers with 8g wire in them. this is one of the best ideas i have ever got introduced to.

hmm...you don't think the end of the slot port in the box will mess with tuning too much?

honestly it should be a little more i think too...i have not messed with my settings at all yet...have been way to busy with work and school. I know i need to find out where i peak at so i can burp it and not play a sweep. Im confident if i could set the gains good and burp it, i could hit 148ish

nevermind ur port isnt wide enough to do a port plug. mines 8 inches wide so thats why i can do that lol. just cut some of the L on the port off to tune it higher. also put a all thread or dowel rod in the box for bracing. if that was almost finished u need bracing for sure. mine needs bracing and i only have 1k rms for daily and it still needs some

it also depends on the settings like he said. i gained over a db by setting my subsonic and lpf filters a little better

yes, i know i need to get some all thread for sure. My port is 6 inches wide, so i could fit 4 inch aeros in there, i think. I do need to build another box though anyways, i want to compete in street c.

is it for a hatch or a trunk car? for spl tune to 40 and put it in 5 cubes after all displacments.
