ok ill explain it then. lol

couple months ago i uninstalled everything in my trunk except the battery. so the battery is just chiilin in the trunk with only the ground wire hooked up to it.

well im in traffic and some retard cuts the guy in front of me of and he hits his brakes, so i have to SLAM on my brakes.

when this happens i heard a big BOOM!

i immediatly look in the trunk (back seats are out)and see the battery layin on its side STILL connected to the ground wire.

if that had not have been hooked up to these amazingly strong terminals, the battery would have 100% came through the backseat and caused either a broken head or a broken windshield.

that terminal held that 100 pound battery at full momentum on a hardcore brake test. hence being one of the reasons i use these and only these terminals. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i know i need to but room is so tight that when the sub and box are installed it is wedged so tight it couldnt come loose but its just dangerous when theres nothing else in it

FINALS WAS YESTERDAY! Had a great time and went well. didnt get my 150 back but thats cuz i went form 50 htz burp box to 35 htz daily ground pounder. still managed a 147.7 at 48 htz. heres a pic of the finished box and port.

yea true. i need to scoot the box back to make it fit in the trunk but i may be changing to 1 18 next year anyways in the trunk so this was just temporary. and let me say on .35 it is violent as hell. very very loud for a trunk car. louder than half the hatchs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

doubled up 12g wire for the inside of the box wires, going to upgrade to 8g before new reconed sub goes back in

jumpers with 8g wire in them. this is one of the best ideas i have ever got introduced to.

you ever try to take the wires all the way to the amp? like the terminals on the box are fine but instead of jumpers take all 4 wires to the amp when you are wiring down?

no cuz it would be more of a pain to change ohm load that way. all i have to do now is take one wire out and put another one in on the box. takes literaly less than 2 mnutes.

its very similar to the way mine looked..mine was always louder when i pulled it all the way to the back n stuffed shit under the trunk to the top of the box then it was with the box pulled to the front...but id def like to see some vids..cuz i think my next box is gonna be just like that unless i go 18
