Sold 15" Tc-2000

we have a 15" tc-2000 with aluminum cone. i bought this off of jayrich. jay told me it was a D1.5, but tc sounds never made those, so i took it to be tested at 'audioworx' and then got a second opinion at 'team nutz' ( google both of these) . at audioworx, the multimeter showed the impedance danced around, up and down. at team nutz, the vc's read 3.3 - 3.5, so we determined its a D4. i asked jay for a D2 or a single 4 ohm and he told me he's pretty sure it's a D1.5ohm, at least thats what TC told him. so he either lied or didn't know himself. since I AM ADIO, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt. no harm no foul, he didn't know. he took excellent care of this sub. the thing is 10/10 cosmetically. mechanically, i don't know,since jayrich seems reputable, i'm gonna assume its in excellent working condition. pics!!:

Honestly if i didnt have this wedding to pay for nd getting my hands on 2 12w7's id buy it back in heart beat. I hated having to give this up but I had bills to pay at the time

Based on the the t/a spec i guess what hey told me when i bought it was just a little misguided. They said that it states dual 3 but was more like a dual 2.3 and they rounded up. This is one of the best subs i've owned, better than the sq fiQ,ov.2, and i've only heard it in a sealed enclosure with only 900 watts or so, with the gains set all the way down and got louder than the Q. It melts in with the front stage but gets really low when it is supposed to. if you cant get it sold here i will see if i can find someone local to pick it up from you

Great sub here guys. I've owned about 5 and I can say they'll hold 1200W continuous music/movies (like a 12 hour drive) and 3KW peaks if you're careful. I had a pair to a Stetsom 7Kd at 1 ohm in about 6.5 cube tuned to 27hz and they went very low and very loud. I sold my last 2 to a friend that is still using them off a Sundown 3Kd and very happy.

They sound really nice in large-ish box tuned LOW. Haven't tested any in tuning > 30hz myself.
