as some may know i blew an l5 soooo...Will 1000 rms be enought to power this thing or will it hurt my amp?I have a SoundStream Rubicon 1.1000d
The only way it would "hurt" your amp is if the impedance were too low for the amp to handle. The RMS of a woofer is how much power the woofer is recommended to handle to stay within the warranty, the RMS rating is NOT NOT NOT how much the sub will "draw" from an amp...Speakers do not draw power.as some may know i blew an l5 soooo...Will 1000 rms be enought to power this thing or will it hurt my amp?I have a SoundStream Rubicon 1.1000d
