kicker kx 1200.1

I have a kicker kx 1200.1 that comes on with the green light but just dosen't put out any sound and it just quit working out of know where. Dose anybody know what is wrong? And it is the amp it is not the vehicle it is hooked up in.

I would check all my fuses first...Try that and see if they are good or bad

There isn't any fuses to blow anyways

Some amps power lights are powered by the 12 volt turn on. so the amps power light can come on with no power to it. Also if you don't have any fuses it is hooked up wrong.

All that said -I have an amp that did that, I had a bad capacitor in the muting circuit.

No the 1200.1 has no external fusing.

When I got my kx1200 a while back, it came with a kicker anl fuse holder and 150 amp fuse.

dont be a dbag. hes just like every other person with something broken and is panicing cause he doesnt know whats wrong, and lashes out. im positive you have done it a few times

try taking pictures of the guts (inside of the amp) and post them up on here..
