15" SI Mag + Sundown SAZ1500.1D

Looking at upgrading my current system to this setup, what sort of price would I be looking at for this combination? I read that that amp could be a little overkill for the sub any other suggestions on a good amp?

yea they're so sexy but the 600 price tag is killing me, i wish i got it when they were 1st release 450 FTW.

E-Mail Ben @ Low-Hz or Lukas @ Audio Junkies. They offer package deals on amp / sub combinations. I think you would be looking at under $1000 as a package price from either dealer. Take your pick as both Lukas and Ben are a pleasure to deal with.

A 1500D and a Mag 15 would be a wicked setup... I look forward to seeing how it turns out!

I second that recommendation to audiojunkies and Lukas. I just bought an amp from him and he went out of his way to make it a smooth transaction.

Highly recommended. I'm going back for the next thing I buy.

I've just been talking with Lukas through PM's and am hoping to purchase from him once I get some money together. Very good guy to work with and I hope that I can waste my money with him soon.

I can't imagine a mag w/ 1500wrms. I heard a 15 mag once with only ~300w from a BX605 and that thing got loud in a 2.5 cubed box. 1500w would be wild. From that one hearing.. i've concluded that si mags are quite efficient.
