15" PG Titanium?

My friend wanted me to order him a sub, so i started looking around and found a single 15" PG Titanium for $115 shipped, is that a good deal. How good are the PGs for SQ and SPL? What would be a good amp to run it with?

Great SQ, great SPL. Not the best out there, but you/your friend will be happy. Plus, they look perty...all silver and stuff.

Any amp that will be pushing a goor 600-700 watts will do it just fine. I have found out from experience that phoenix can handle more than their stated RMS without any damage. I wouldn't put more than about 800 to it for any length of time though. Give the sub what it deserves, a good high budget amp, something to do it justice.

I am also in the process of buying two of those bad boys...they look so sweet, and a one way Xmax of 18mm is something to brag about, since they are so cheap right now. Also, PG is made in my home town...gotta rep yo' city.

I was looking at those too, and wondering why they were so cheap. Maybe when i get rid of my old stuff(2audiobahn aw1000Qs in an obcon box, profile cl1200), I can get a pair.
