Yes, my girlfirend was running two powerbass 1500's on one SX 15", one amp per voice coil. She was also doing it with a MTX 9500 15, and a RD Audio Elite SPL 15" in the back of her Cavalier. Allthough a horrible car for SPL, the best score she did on burps was 147 or so on the MTX 9500 in a box that really shouldnt of put that kind of number up (was a horrible box).
In SPL use at comeptiions, the SX performed well on burps with that much power. And to make things worse, it was a highly used and abused SX before we even got it (was a leftover from Team MD Audio's guys since they live near us and sold her one cheap).
