hey guys,
I am going to go with a 15" fi q in my 04 f150. I am going to have to make a sealed box because space is a very big issue. i have come up with some dimensions that give 2.5 cubes sealed. On the fi site it says to have 2-2.6 cubes. So tell me if you guys think this sounds good?
17x17x15. the sub will be firing up just like the picture of my old sub setup. so it will go 15 inches from floor to roof and then 17x17 from right to left door and back to front of truck.
My next question is... when i cut the wood, should the inside of the box be 17x17x15 or should that be the outer dimensions of the box when using 3/4" mdf wood.
My last question is... do you guys think the sub will be fine in that box or do you think I should make it any smaller or bigger?
thanks,
Mike
