15" fi btl n2 enclosure size?

Ill be running it off an aq 2200 for now and in a 96 honda accord. Ive been reading a lot on a good enclosure size but i keep getting mixed opinions. What I mainly listen to is rap but I want a box to sound good for all around, I still want the lows though.

Mixed two sizes I keep coming across on

around 3 cu ft and tuned to 37 ( I see this one more everywhere I checked)

and

around 4-4.5 cu ft and tuned to 37

Care to spend a little cash for a design? A proper one....not just recommendations.
