15" CVX sealed or ported

what would have better output...sealed around 2cuft or ported around 3.8 at 33hz....would like to be loud but also hit the lows pretty hard....the amp will either be the 15OOHifonics Titan or 1600Brutus

will the CVX have any comparison to the L7....because i recently built a box 4.4cuft at 34hz for the L7 and it sounded great...how to you think the cvx will compare to that in the ported box i mentioned above
