OP , give it some time , browse this and other forums , and give some other equipment a try. Kicker is pretty much garbage. Its high priced and if you blow the l7's up they are almost impossible to recone. DC audio , Digital designs , elemental designs , FI car audio , SoundSolutions Audio , incriminator audio , sundown audio , treo , tc sounds.............Google all of these names , do some research. You will be happier with any of there offerings over Kicker. Kicker was the shit fifteen years ago , but today they are chinese junk.

Loud Isnt what you realy need to base your pick on cuz 12s and 15s can be loud but just have a different tone... I preffer 12s sense they are perfect mix for the music I like

Kicker isnt gunna just blow up on you lol, all these guys are making them sound horrible but realy they are ok for the daily listener that wants a little thump... however like is stated there are better companies out there... This is coming from a guy that owns 2 12" Kicker Comps (since I didnt know any better) but is replacing them for a DD 2512

If you don't factor in the price (for L7's), then they are ok. But if you intend on purchasing anywhere near the $200 online price, the price/performance ratio goes out the window.
