15 for 2.2 cubes sealed?

my buddy is throwing a 15 in a dodge ram 1500 single cab. the box will be something like this

Sub Boxes H115 Hatchback Single 15" Subwoofer Unloaded Enclosure Box

.. he has about 1500 watts at 1 ohm to play with and is looking for a sub that will hit low and hard in that much space. i was thinkin an FI BL or something similar. i wouldnt mind custom built subs or w/e but has anybody run a setup similar to this with success? thanks

Dayton HO15 works great in 1.5 sealed. We put one in my buddy's C5 Vette.
