It would be a toss up between the 2. I would personally go with the l7s off that power.

I've never heard an L7 of any size. But I just installed my 15" BL and I love it. I dont think you will be disappointed if thats what you choose.

And by the way, mines running off about 1200 rms, so its close to what you have.
