145db with 1000rms??

actually trucks don't usually meter as well as most other vehicles, and his box is ported. look at the pic. but i agree with everything else you said.
One thing I noticed on his install, the rear seat is still there. That's the number one killer on ext. cab Chevy's.

You don't have to have a blow through to make it loud. The problem is that the box needs to be right up against the rear wall otherwise it won't load properly. I found out the hard way.

rob i can do a 146 with 500 watts and there has most definitely been sealed systems over a 160. Not trying to be a dick or any thing.so yes both are possible

Look at what your working with as opposed to what we see here. I myself haven't seen a sealed 160. How much cone area are we talking bout using? Wall?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Generally lots of cone area and a wall. Most of the old school walls were sealed...back in the 80's and through the early/mid 90's. I think the last sealed wall I saw someone run was is a ca magazine from '98 or something. I've never seen one in real life though...

a 146 is possible in a festiva 2-12's in 4 cube ported,subs up ports up box all the way to the rear on a 1000d i still have that box incase i want to lose my wall:) and was that 150 i seen yours??

and was that 150 i seen yours??
Ain't nothing official until I do it in the lanes!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

Also, I sure it is plenty loud. I believe Abel's Blazer did a 149ish...... you can ask anyone who has heard it; it is probably one of the most disgustingly loud systems they have demo'd.
I would agree

I would just imagine that you are utterly clueless as to what a 155 is, or a 150 for that matter.
X2

To the ones who think a sealed setup can't burp over a 160;

The King Of Bass (Tommy McKinney) uses a sealed setup to BassRace the 159.9 class. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif Of course it takes lots of power and cone area to do so.
