140 bucks, what headunit?

okay I got a budget of 140. I have looked over the pioneer deh-p3900mp for 110 shipped with 1 year warranty and kenwood x-491 for 132 shipped (not sure if its warrantied, but its new)

anybody have any other suggestions or opinions? im swaying towards the x491 right now just because it is only a little more expensive and i'll get higher voltage pre outs, and it looks like it comes with more adjustibility.

I also responded to your 2 channel amp thread with my used Fosgate P3002.

For $200 shipped, I can hook you up with a nice deck and a 2 channel amp. The deck comes with just the wiring harness, mounting sleeve, and an Ipod adapter module. I don't have the remote for it.

If I were you, I would save up a little more cash. There are probably many better options in the $200 price range.
