Ok, I have 1 13w7 in a sealed box. Which way shoould I wire it? Series or Parallel?

The 13W7 has dual 1.5 Ohm (rated - a DMM may tell a slightly different story) coils, correct?

If so that can give you either a .75 Ohm (parallel) or a 3 Ohm (series) load. With that in mind which is more appropriate for the amp you're going to drive it with?

Which would be why I made a remark about 'rated - a DMM may tell a slightly different story.'

OK, Im running it off a Kenwood Excellen KAC-811D amplifier. 1600 peak. RMS power output: 4 ohm, 14.4V -- 533Watts

1 ohm, 14.4V----1016W

huh? Not really sure if im following. So my amp is 1 ohm to put out 1016Watts So Would I run the sub in parrallel and make the sub .75ohm?
