smoked for 11 years stopped once when my daughter was born and started 2 months later. and then 6 months i decided no more one morning. since then i bought one pack smoked 3 cigs and gave them to my neighbor. but i smoke blunts daily. just no more cigs for me. now i cant stand the smell of cigs when a customer walks in my store now

Quit smoking cigs by picking up chewing. I go through a can a week and slowly am weening myself off chew. That was the easiest way for me to quit smoking cigs. I will have one if I get really high though. I love a menthol after a blunt.
