Built box for another member here for a 12 W7. Box is 1.75^3@32 htz.

In the process of carpeting now. Had to use oak ply....MDF with oak veneer because i didn't have a truck to move full sheets so had to use some 2' x 4' pieces.

Youll get better results on the port if you precut it out first with a jigsaw. I see you had some bit chatter and took a chunk out of the wood in a place or 2. Your bit will also last much longer.

definately...i was in a hurry to finish it last night and didn't have any sharp jigsaw blades:crying:

word...thanks man. Let me know if if you ever need a box built, or any custom house speaker cabinets made. As soon as i get a new vehicle, i have a special box in mind:naughty:
