12'W6V2 sealed or ported?

What do you guys prefer for this woofer?Just want a good opinion from you pros. I want sound quality with good clean bass and pretty loud but no distortion. I know the W6V2 is an amazing woofer, but what is the best box for my selection?

I'm sure that it sounds great sealed, but ported to JL spec is also very good SQ.

Either way, you will be happy.

so will it be a big difference going sealed or ported? I heard porting it will bring it to its high potential. I am going to be doing the enclosure to the JL specs.

build both boxes and try it both ways

Sealed is where it is at with the 12w6's. I have had both. Sealed to ported to back to sealed.
