12w3v2 box help

i got 2 12w3v2 d4's and i want to put them in a ported box tuned to about 31hz....but i have no idea about how to go about doin this....my dimensions i would liek to use are 30 width and 18 height...the depth doesnt matter...could ne1 help me?
