12's in a sealed box

I would like to get more SPL.

With that said. My current setup is 2 Sundown E V2 12's in a sealed box. 1 C.F. per sub.

The amp is a CT sounds AT 1400.1d.

The sub box is under the back seat of extra cab Chevy truck. So I really do not have anymore room for a larger box.

Will changing to different subs get me more SPL?

Have you considered lifting the seats? This might be enough to port two 10s

Changing to smaller subs and a ported enclosure will help a lot. I would recommend three CT Sounds Tropo 8 v2s in a ported enclosure. If you're willing to lose some space on the hump, you could also get enough volume to run four.
