I'd look at the shiva x and the ae12. depends if you want to go sealed or ported mostly, sealed I'd take the shiva and ported the ae. I had the same goals and I'm going with 2 ae12x's in 4 cubes tuned to 30hz. With a port plug I'll get a good frequency response for my car when I seal it up and really heavy lows with it opened up.
