12'' Sony Xplod 1200w subwoofer

They put these bad boys on sale for $44.95 at Wal-Mart & I picked up the last one in stock. Looking for enclosure & amplifier recommendations to mate with this beast. My friend had (2) 15'' octo-shape versions with a 2300w Boss amp & his car would beat the block down!!! Not looking to get that loud, but I think I can get to 150db with a high end Boss or maybe Pyle amp. I actually have a 760w Pioneer amp & it is pretty sweet, but I'm not sure it's enough for a sub as powerful as the Xplod. Any input is appreciated, thanks in advance.

put a stetom 14k2e on it in 2.5cf ported tuned to 32hz and you will be set to go

I already have a Tsunami 1.5 Farad cap & 8g wiring kit, I'm all set w/ my electrical.

put a stetom 14k2e on it in 2.5cf ported tuned to 32hz and you will be set to go

Don't forget to get a 10" sub to put next to your 12" so you can get full range bass. I would personally recommend a nice scosche pre-fab and then take a circular saw and cut a 12" hole in the side. With your new ported box and a trunk triple reinforced with steel, to contain those monsters, you should be able to beat down your block all day.
