12" SQL Subs?

Right now I'm planning on getting 2 12" RE *** subs and running them off of an Audioque AQ1220D in my Challenger.

I don't want one note bass, but I do want to get loud.

Is there anything else in this price range that will do me better? I've found the RE's at 334.95 for a pair, and I don't want to go over 350.00 or so...

If it matters I'm going to run Hybrid Audio Techologies Imagine I61-2's up front off of an Audioque AQ4x90, and the stock speakers off the head for rear fill for the time being... probably add another pair of Hybrid Audio Techologies Imagine I61-2 down the road just for the hell of it, and for my kid's enjoyment, in the back.

Check out the Elemental Designs 13av2 I heard they were pretty darn good in SQ and can hit those smooth lows...In the right box of course and price is not to bad.....Also check out DD 1500 8" you can run 2 of those which is great for rock,metal anything really fast,it just hits all those crazy notes....but again in the right box....hope this is a step further in your search boss

Looks like I'm going with a couple of 12" Subtilis subs. Seems like best bang for the buck SQL.

I'd say the best bang for the buck would be Refurb Cvx or Cadence ZRS, but I don't think you have enough power? There's a shop in my area that sells RE and the guy up there says those *** bang pretty hard. I still think the *** needs around 750 a piece on those 3 inch voice coils.
