Used with noticeable dents on cone. Does not affect sound at all. Was powered by an Orion 2500d.

I absolutely loved it. I had a SSD and a SI Mag v3 before I got the RL-s. Comparative wise, the RL-s blows both of those subs out of the water when it comes to SQ. The low end on this sub is just unreal as well. Honestly, I only threw about 1-1200rms on this sub and I wish I could have tried it with more. I felt like it wanted a little more power. If you're looking for a top notch SQ sub, look no further.

Good guy here! Sick sub. If I could power it in my sisters car I would. **** 3 ohm variable coils. 47 mm of xmech on this beast. Lms 4000 basically

Not trying to advertise, but if the 3ohm coil is scaring you guys, I have a great amp that would match up well with this sub. Alpine MRV-1507, rated at 900 watts at 4ohms, and I ran it on my 3ohm VC SW8000 with no issues at all.

The RL-S is single 3 ohm; not single 4. Sound Splinter only made them in single 3. As for an amp, I happen to have an Orion 2500d for sale which works great on this sub.
