Well ive owned a 13w7 and a 15 xxx and i would take the w7 anyday..

if they are the best sub ever how come they don't have a world record ? I can name 5 subs in the last 3 yrs that all have world records and none are JL. nice sub no doubt but it is far from the best or everyone would want one.My OLM subs will crush anything JL makes on sq and spl .

Ugh @ all the JL hate here though. I mean yea the dub 7 is overpriced but its still a hell of a woofer.

How would I fair with two btl's instead of the two XXX??? Honestly fi hadn't come to mind untill two minutes ago LOL. I'm now thinking of picking up two 15 btl's any and all input is needed. I'll be making a purchase as soon as Monday any and all input is appreciated thanks in advance guys

unique whips is a JOKE! when i saw they took a classic car all painted up and hit the underside of the trunk with a 3lb hammer because the trunk wouldnt close with the enclosure i laughed and changed the channel..

the xxx is by far a better woofer, just look at the soft aprts...

If you don't have enough space or power for an XXX don't bother buying one, go with the W7. And to those people complaining about how expensive it is to get one fixed, do you think it will be any cheaper to get an XXX fixed?

The W6 is still a better sounding woofer than the W7.
