12" RE SX Enclosure

I belive i am getting someone local to build me a box for this subwoofer. He has recommended 3.0 cubic feet tuned to 35 hz. Though I trust him, I just wanted to get the opinion from people who have this sub / have built a box for this sub before. What do you guys think about this size/tuning? Sounds about right, this is a single sub enclosure right? If so those specs sound correct

What do you guys think about the tuning? Should it be any lower or is 35hz good?

Depends on what kind of sound you want. 35Hz is great for a street beater in my opinion...though I tend to care more for lower tuned enclosures.
