not a fan at all of mtx....actually went from the mtx 5510 to the rsd10d and wow what a difference...mtx badge is like vtec sticker...performance is soooo much better

I have never like mtx, all the mtx subs I have owned, had all sounded like muddy creamy shit. Especially in the low end. My farts have better low end than mtx subs.

A 9500 might change your mind. But that is probably the only exception in there line up.

It didn't change my view on MTX products. I have owned quite a few of them and I haven't really been too impressed with any. Some of them get pretty loud (9500) but just don't do what I want them to do and have always sounded very muddy. I have always been impressed with their amps though.

Meh, the 9500 isnt all that great either. It looks louder than it is. They're great for street beating, but absolutely terrible on the mic.

I wouldnt dislike them so much, if I hadnt owned a set or two in my lifetime.
