12 " Eclipse worth the price?

For someone looking for a loud good sounding system, are the 12" eclipse subs (titanium) a good deal for the price? I dont want music to loud to enjoy but something that bumps real nice to all types f music and pics up most highs and lows while being played soft or loud.

PS. asking for help, if you have too much time on your hands to make stupid comments go find a self a girl to play w thanx!

well since the sub retails for like $599 that a good deal

To all the guys who keep recommending the SS's, remember that both of these subs are made by TC Sounds. Both are excellent, no doubt. That's where the similarities end. The RL-p's are a TC9 build and the Ti's is built on the TC3HP platform. I would much rather have the TC3HP(Ti) than the TC9(RL-p). Especially for only $250. Get the Ti now!

TC is the buildhouse, but Mike from SS designs his motors and does all custom work I believe. While they may use the same motor base, I believe that there is a very big difference in the two products, even if they BOTH used the 3HP motor.
