This sub is slightly different than a normal Atlas, but IMO...will be a better sub than the originals were.
The original Atlas subs had a power coil and a shorting coil for speaker tuning. This one is set up like a normal subwoofer. Both coils are the same impedance and are bothin intended to be powered.
The coil is a dual 4. This speaker is set up in a normal configuration. You could use one of the coils for shorting (aka tuning) if you want to.... you can with any speaker... but both coils have the same impedance.
This thing would be great in .75-1ft sealed and 1.5-2ft ported for car audio applications.
Asking $90 +shipping! Its going to be hard to find a better sub for under $100
