Without knowing what mic was used, none of what's said in this thread means a thing...

The fact that he said it was "hand held" makes me believe it's one of those handheld Radio Shack ambient "SPL" meters.

I was in four place out of 18.There were cvr's, walled off PG's, 2-12" L7's, and the 123 was a ext cab truck with four 10" jlw6's.

none of these broke a 123? Some retards or one cruel *** mic.

something is really wrong with that comp either the setups were shitty... or somebody dont know how to calibrate the mic....or possibly used a crappy mic

the highest score was a 123? odd mic or ungodly crappy setups. You were playin music with a bazooka tube...did you expect to see a nice score?

ummm Old school SAS bazooka tubes are great i pulled a 138 with 2 8's in my first car

also u have to remember that where ever sask is the atmosphere may be differnt so it could be harder to hit higher, its like in South america they dont hit as high here....dont quote me it was just a idea off the top of my head

yea what does the jackhammer actually do when installed properly cause 130 sounds really low same as 119
