10w6v2, sealed or ported? questions inside

A question on a sub box for a 10w6v2. I am trying to determine if I should go sealed or ported on the sub. I know SQ will be best sealed but I am a bit worried of the output of the 1 10”. If I were to go sealed, my box dimensions would be 43x11x4.5 (.75 mdf), the sub will be inverted and after I factor in the displacement of the plexiglass windows the air space is almost exactly the recommended .625. I also noticed that a ported box can be used with .75 airspace. If I were to do that for the additional air I would just make the box 43x11x5.5. I would not want to go any thicker then this so it looks like tube port would be what I would use in this situation. Now a couple of questions, all these calculators that you put in the airspace of the box, are they asking for that amount before or after the displacement of the port? I am guessing before? Would 2 3” ports work? Or 1 4” port? How necessary is the flare? I searched but these are questions that are more specific to the sub. Lastly I listen mostly to HipHop/Rap, but also listen to Rock, Techno, etc on occasion, what would be the recommended frequency for my setup? 35hz? BTW the sub is getting 400 watts rms

Thanks
