Im going to be doing a build for 2 1052 infinity (DVC) and I want to treat each sub like it has its own box then just put the 2 together. I will be venting! I have checked out the sub tool online, and I cant figure what would be a good tune level? Anyone have any suggestions for the infinitys? I was hoping to be in the middle between sql & spl? I like it clean but some good bump!! I had them sealed previously and I think I can get more out of them!!

Thanks!!

I'd tune it to anywhere between 32-36hz for good sound quality and decent SPL. Higher you go, the more the sound quality diminishes and the higher numbers you'll put up on a decibel meter. I went from a 2.75 cu. ft. box tuned to 38hz to a 3.5 cu. ft. box tuned to 32 hz for my 15" sub and it sounds so much better, and gets so much lower than before. Not sure on my SPL numbers though, because I think I was choking the sub before (giving it too little space for a 15" sub). Good luck with the Infinitys. Not too bad a sub.
