1050WRMS enough for RE XXX 12????????

Hey fellas I am thinking of purchasing a 12" RE XXX and dont want to fool with getting a new amp as I already own a Rockford Fosgate Power 1050S (1050WRMS x 1 @ 40hms) is this bad boy enough to sufficiently drive a 12" XXX? I believe the berth sheet reads like 1242wrms @ 14.4...Yes I know I will never reach 14.4 to the amp but i just thought it would be a good refrence and i do have a 1 farad Cap (dont know if that really matters but i figured i would toss that in there).

o yeah it will be in around 2-2.5 cubes ported to 28-32 hz

should sound pretty loud. then again its all in the install.

it will put out more than ratted, it will be a great match up with very nice SQ, IMO
