1000w+ mono amps with remote gain

I want to buy a mono amp first, so that I would HAVE to buy a sub to harness all that power.

THis is the criteria:

price: nothing over $370 before shipping

Mono (1 channel)

at least 900~1000w RMS

remote gain (I really want this feature)

stable to 2ohms (lower would be much more desirable)

class D

subsonic filter not necessary (would be good as a standard feature though)

Since I'm about to build a new box (ported), I've suddenly got this crazy idea to do something wicked, something I've not heard of before. It's gonna be one hell of a project involving hydraulics, but if all goes to plan, I'm sure a lot of other people will pick it up. All I have right now till september (when my army draft period expires) is time and work area.

Dont know if this will help you out but i know kicker 1200.1 can be linked togather to make one. and it has a subsonic filter.

thanks a lot man.. and no, I do not plan to get them to send it to me. after september, I will go to the US, and that's when I'll bring my stuff back, together with a container load full of subs and amps. (business man....)

Why is a remote gain so important? A gain is meant to match the signal of the amp with the signal of the receiver, not a volume knob.

oh yeah, i know it's not a volume knob, but it's the darn AFN radio... they send out very weak signals, and their music has NO bass at all.. other than that, it's a nifty little feature that I've always been curious about.

I wanna make a system fit for a show...well, stealth is the key here, can't affordall that fiberglass mumbo-jumbo with wicked paintjobs. My car has this sunglass compartment on top, and was planning to add controls in there. Figured a remote gain would be good.

I'm trying to go for a single sub, maximum of two. Gotta be small so that I can hide it from view.
