10" flared port buildup

I had a bunch of MDF lying around and I got a new router bit so I decided to make a humongous port from multiple layers of mdf rings. The inner diameter is right around 10.75" and it flares out to 15" The mounting flange makes it 17" in diameter. I still have to finish the other flared end. The port will be 19" long.

Lots of bondo glass. Just need to add about 4 more inches of mdf rings and the other end flare and it'll be finished!

yeah, it is. I would have had most of it done in about 3-4 days if I didn't have to work crazy hours. So far, this has taken about a week and half.
