10"- Diamond D3 vs Infinity Kappa Perfects?

-im wanting to do a dual sub setup in a old Bimmer 6 series. Looking for SQ 10s with a clean sound and good low extension.

-I dont want anything mainstream (JL, Alpine, Kicker, etc.) because i like being just a little* different. with that said, i'll pass on assasins since i just finished my friends build a couple days ago. id rock some ID10v3s but theres no sales going on that i know of

i wanna keep it below 100bucks a sub shipped.

You dont want assassins just cause your friend has them? Such a shame....

Good low extension? Arsenal, Alpine Type X, RL-P but none of them really fit the bill ....

well, the thing is when i catch rides with the friends, i dont wanna be hearing the same setup that i have.

I already own an RL-p and heard another friend's Type X.

oh yeah, as far as power, no more than 400watts a sub will be good

get some infinity Perfect VQ's some hardcore tight sounding subs....i actually felt hte most kick from them than any sub ive owned/tried

but if you wanna be different for sq, i couple IDq 10" would fit your bill perfectly

****....I wouldnt pass up on a better value and sub because a friend has them....different boxes, air space, wattages make them sound different. Out of those choices I would get the Diamond D3's.

haha....yea I guess you could really piss off your friend, get the same subs but build a better sounding box....I know that would get to me if my friends setup sounded bettr than mine with the same subs...

why?? Different vehicles call for differnt sounds...Thats weak if someone were to get mad...now if they got the same amp, wirekit, stereo, cap etc...well then bust out an *** wooping! Awesome subs for the price.

if you can, 10DVQ/VQ...I had the 12VQ. Great sub. Sold it to my friend and it still sounds **** good.

another reason i pass on the assassins es because the price went back up, i shoulda gotten what i needed when they were on sale, but i did have the reserve funds ready. dont get me wrong, assassins are badazz.

i can get the D3s locally for 110 each authorized, or the Perfect 10.1s; 2 for 150 total. i might just pick up the Perfects to fool around with.

^^^They only went up like ten bucks for the tens....still a steal IMO....

I doubt you would be dissapointed with the perfects though....
